Hawaii scores historic 38-0 upset of Mitakihara Magi

The king is dead, long live the king.
Thousands of University of Hawaii students stormed the field in the middle of a rainstorm, taking down the goalposts as the Hawaii Warriors upset Tatsuya Kaname's Mitakihara Magi, 38-0, at Aloha Stadium in Honolulu, Hawaii.
"I told you all we would do it, and we did it," said quarterback Demetrius Baker, who passed for 133 yards and two touchdowns. "This is dedicated to every college football fan in America, and everyone all over the world, especially those on the Utopia forums. This one is for all of you!"
"I can't fault the effort of our players; Hawaii came out with a game plan and they got the job done," Kaname said after the game. "This is going to sting for a bit, but now we have to pick ourselves up and get ready for next week's match with Air Force."
"I'm in dreamland right now," said Warrior halfback John Harper, who ran for 90 yards and a score. "I can't believe we did it. We finally slayed the giant. This is unbelievable."
"After running the tables in FCS, I can proudly say that we are back," said Hawaii wide receiver Tony Cooper, who caught five passes for 69 yards and two touchdowns. "Watch out America, we're coming."
Mitakihara drop to 0-1.
