Madoka win the Mountain West once again

Quarterback Invalid Name passed for 304 yards and four touchdowns while rushing for 214 yards and two more scores as Tatsuya Kaname's Mitakihara Magi defeated the Colorado State Rams for the second straight year, 118-24, to win the Mountain West Championship.

Halfback Kohei Miyahara ran for 121 yards and two touchdowns, fullback Mike Dorsey ran for 149 yards and two majors, halfback George Jackson ran fro 26 yards and a score, wide receiver Karuta Kanda rushed for 117 yards and a touchdown, wideout Terrance Andrews ran for 161 yards and two majors and halfback Lester Stephens ran for 22 yards and a score.

Wide receiver Jack Dallaire led the receivers with four catches for 156 yards and three touchdowns. Dallaire also led the blockers with 30 pancakes. Middle linebacker Jackie Bezzina led the defense with 26 tackles and two sacks. Left end Molly Priddis had 5.5 sacks while defensive tackle Androgynous Boogaloo added 4.5 sacks on the night.

"We know that Navy already qualified for the National Championship Game so we are currently developing the game plan to defeat the Midshipmen," said Coach Kaname. "Our players did a great job on offense and defense, so we're now one win away from accomplishing our goals this season."

Madoka improve to 13-0 for the year.
