The second string of Tatsuya Kaname's Mitakihara Magi earned the nod on Saturday against the Utah State Aggies. Despite the Aggies proving a stern challenge early in the contest, Madoka wore down the hosts en route to a massive 150-31 battering at Romney Stadium in Logan, Utah. Quarterback Josh Carrington passed for 363 yards and three touchdowns while rushing for 225 yards and five more scores.

Halfback George Jackson ran for 249 yards and five touchdowns, fullback Thomas Ellis ran for 176 yards and three more majors, halfback Tyrone Gay ran for 176 yards and a score and wide receiver Charles Roland ran for 111 yards and a touchdown. Also with a touchdown on the ground were fullback Mike Dorsey and wideout Joel Ingram.

Wide receiver Rod Chase led the receivers with six catches for 143 yards and a touchdown. Gay caught six passes for 44 yards and a score and Ingram had three catches for 58 yards and a major. Left guard Jeff Gore led the blockers with 29 pancakes while allowing just one sack.

Middle linebacker Kalvin Hinds led the defense with 14 tackles. Cornerback David Phillips had a couple of interceptions while defensive tackle Nick Morse added three sacks. Altogether, Mitakihara's pass rush forced 19 sacks on the afternoon.

Madoka improve to 4-0 and will return home next week for Homecoming 2042 against the Wyoming Cowboys.
