In a showdown between the top two teams in college football, Tatsuya Kaname's #1-ranked Mitakihara Magi pummeled the #2-ranked Ohio State Buckeyes, 84-31 at Ohio Stadium in Columbus. Quarterback Anonymous Anonymous passed for 307 yards and two touchdowns while rushing for 181 yards and three more scores to lead the Magi.

"The Bucks put up a good fight, but I told our players during pregame to play the type of game that you are capable of, and nothing else," said Coach Kaname following the game. "Our boys knew that they were in for a challenge and they reacted magnificently. We were solid on both sides of the ball and the whole team played an excellent game. This is what we need to do, especially during games like this.

"My hat goes off to everyone on offense, defense, and special teams but we have a big clash with South Carolina next week and I can assure you we will have all hands on deck for this one."

Halfback Kyle Ryan ran for 156 yards and a touchdown while wide receiver Terrance Andrews ran for 106 yards and a major. Also with a touchdown on the ground were fullback Red Eilands, halfback Cory Jackson, halfback Adam Johnson and backup quarterback Damion Roberson.
