Madoka's Puella Magi Option is the greatest example of how dominate a spread-flex system can be. Able to run like Air Force but score like Oregon, it has been a tradition since the university first began playing football in 2011, and it has not failed to overimpress.

Quarterback Damion Roberson passed for 357 yards and three touchdowns while rushing for 334 yards and five more majors as Tatsuya Kaname's Mitakihara Magi routed the UNLV Rebels 139-31 at Mitakihara Stadium in Mitakihara Town, B.C. Halfback Cory Jackson ran for 196 yards and four touchdowns and fullback Red Eilands ran for 132 yards and a score. Also with a major on the ground were halfback Kyle Ryan and halfback Adam Johnson.

Eilands led the receivers with 135 yards and two touchdowns. Also with a touchdown catch was wide receiver Terrance Andrews. Wideout Jack Dallaire led the blockers with 26 pancakes while wide receiver Dallas Williams added 24 pancakes.

Strong safety Nick Hill led the defense with 19 tackles and three sacks while cornerback Mike Walker added 18 tackles and three interceptions. Cornerback Joe Reed had two picks while right end Jake Crawford also had three sacks.

Madoka improve to 9-0 and will hit a two-game road trip in mid-November, starting with a match against the Nevada Wolf Pack.
