Halfback Tony Kalmar ran for 171 yards and three touchdowns and quarterback Dean Amakusa passed for 276 yards and two more scores and Tatsuya Kaname's Mitakihara Magi blitzed past the Wyoming Cowboys, 90-27, on Magia Day 2058 at Mitakihara Stadium in Mitakihara Town, B.C.

Halfback Tukul Abdul Rahman ran for 229 yards, fullback Brian Brooks had a pair of short touchdown runs and wide receiver Jason Bower had eight catches for 162 yards and a score as the Magi ran a rare playbook not seen in several seasons: the Hikari Furu Offense. Left tackle Charles Mitchell led the way in blocking with 16 pancakes while center Nate Dawson added 14.

Right outside linebacker Cory King, who bounced back from injury issues, led the defense in tackles with seven. Middle linebacker Brian Martin and cornerback Richie Love had an interception apiece, while right end Jason Richwalski and left end Daniel Thomas each had a sack.

Mitakihara improve to 11-0 for the year and end the regular season proper next week on the road against Sadao Mao's UNLV Rebels, who have had a reputation as the penultimate hurdle to the Magi's BCS National Championship hopes.
