Records continue to fall for Tatsuya Kaname, Mitakihara Magi

Mitakihara Magi head football coach Tatsuya Kaname continues to rewrite his own personal record books with his longevity and ability to win football games in convincing fashion. The Magi defeated the Brigham Young Cougars 87-14 in the 2060 BCS National Championship Game at the Louisiana SuperDome in New Orleans, La. to finish the season 14-0.

Coach Kaname owns the longest win streak, more national titles, more bowl victories, more career victories, more bowl appearances and more games coached. His leadership and character, combined with his work as a teacher of the game and of life, have been significant contributors to his success for the past five decades.

In addition to Coach Kaname's records, halfback Tony Kalmar set new NCAA and schools records for career rushing yards.
