He's not a bodybuilder; he's a football player. More specifically, a halfback named Daniel Legazpi Roxas, or Dan Roxas for short. The freshman Mitakihara Magi speedster ran for 337 yards and six touchdows as Tatsuya Kaname's team cruised to an 84-24 rout of the San Diego State Aztecs at Mitakihara Stadium in Mitakihara Town, B.C.

"I think he was pumping iron nonstop for a reason," Coach Kaname said after the game. "Dan knew he was going to have a big day today before the game even started so what did he do this week? Extensive weight training before and after practice. I don't think he broke a sweat. He doesn't take supplements or drugs, either, so to deliver these results after lifting weights all week is a testament to his fitness and form."

Quarterback Ricky Cojuangco passed for 308 yards and three touchdowns, halfback Rajiv Singh ran for 57 yards and two more scores, wide receiver Xavier Cooper caught six passes for 135 yards and two majors and wideout Jason Bowe caught six passes for 97 yards and two touchdowns.

Center Tom Green led the blockers with 20 pancakes, left tackle Michael Aryee added 16 pancakes, right tackle D.J. Leach added 15 pancakes and tight end Ray Lyles recorded 14 pancakes. Cornerback Richie Love led the defense with five tackles and two interceptions.

The Magi improve to 9-0 and continue their home stand next week against the Hawai'i Rainbow Warriors.
