Quarterback Haruki Takayama passed for 239 yards and two touchdowns and his backup, Terry Miyanaga, threw for 122 yards and three more scores as Tatsuya Kaname's Mitakihara Magi pummeled the Texas A&M Aggies, 80-13, at the Sakura Bowl in Mitakihara Town, B.C. The QB tandem of Trick and Terry was just one part of the offensive fireworks; the other part was the reliable ground game.

Halfback Bruno Okuno ran for 161 yards and two touchdowns, halfback Jansen Onjouji ran for 161 yards and a score, fullback Joe Sato ran for 32 yards and two majors and Takayama also had a rushing touchdown. Wide receiver Shane Balogun had six catches for 95 yards and a touchdown and wideout George Griffin had two catches for 98 yards and a pair of majors.

Left guard Sean Scott led the offense with 18 pancakes while both right guard Bo Aoyama and left tackle Jasper Tanaka each had nine pancakes each. Left end Ken Atago and cornerback Lea Eino had 10 tackles each to lead the defense.

Mitakihara improve to 8-0 and return to action next week to face the Florida Gators.
