On the road, Tatsuya Kaname's Mitakihara Magi put the clamps down on the Georgia Tech Yellow Jackets, 97-24, at Bobby Dodd Stadium in Atlanta, Ga. It was the Terry Miyanaga Show once again: the 6'3", 200-lb senior from Mitakihara Town, B.C. passed for 210 yards and a touchdown while rushing for 440 yards and 10 more scores. Halfback Jansen Onjouji ran for 127 yards and halfback Joe Sato ran for 277 yards and another score.

Wide receiver Will Atsu had five catches for 35 yards and Onjouji had five receptions for 59 yards and a score. Atsu led the blockers on offense with 26 pancakes while wide receiver Steve Takakamo added 19 pancakes and wideout George Griffin added nine. Middle linebacker Danny Miyanaga had 17 tackles and a sack, cornerback Marlon Boakye had 13 tackles and an interceptions, cornerback Henry Waris had 12 tackles and a pick and right end Ken Atago had two sacks. Two other players on defense each had a pick apiece.

"Good day running the football for Terry, but his passing was awful," said Coach Kaname after the game. "I don't know why he struggled to find the right receivers this game, but as a senior, you never want to throw the ball to the other team. Luckily, his mobility and field vision makes up for his poor pass selection. Take away the rushing touchdowns from Terry, and you have a close contest. Miyanaga's running ability won it for us."

Mitakihara improve to 5-0 and the Magi continue their road trip next week against Nebraska.
