The Kentucky Wildcats did well enough to outscore Tatsuya Kaname's Mitakihara Magi, 21-7 in the fourth quarter. However, it was the only victory they would get as they were outgunned by the hosts, 77-40, at Mitakihara Stadium in Mitakihara Town, B.C. Wide receiver Larry Igiebor caught five passes for 114 yards, Onodera caught three passes for 37 yards and a touchdown, Addy caught three passes for 94 yards and two scores and wideout Will Atsu caught three passes for 42 yards and two majors.

Left tackle Mario Washington led the blockers with 18 pancakes while right guard Mitch Zango had 10 pancakes. On defense, cornerback Marlon Boakye led the tacklers with nine tackles while defensive tackle Gabriel Takatori Idir had seven tackles and two sacks. Middle linebacker Ernest Macklin and strong safety Daniel Manatsu each had an interception on the night.

Mitakihara improve to 8-0 and are back in action next week against the Minnesota Golden Gophers.
